🎁 What to expect during Christmas in Steenwijk?
From 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you can stroll through beautifully lit shopping streets filled with unique Christmas gifts, handmade items, traditional delicacies and much more. Along the way, enjoy live music, choirs singing classic Christmas carols, and cosy squares full of winter-themed activities.
At the Grote Kerk (Great Church), discover the magical Wishing Tree, where visitors can hang their wish for the new year. Nearby, at the Charity Square, you can support local good causes. Inside the church, take a quiet moment during the special programme “A Different Look at Christmas” – offering peace and reflection during the busy holiday season.
